Based on the very successful Mental Maths Teacher Flip Books (Teacher Resource) and the recently published Mental Maths Learner books, SATeacher developed the Mental Maths Interactive Learner eBooks.

Each grade (Grade R to 7) consists of 150 exercises (cards) with about 10 questions each - Totalling 1500 activities per grade, practising different mathematical strategies. This program is also developed in progression to follow the same pattern adopted in the Teacher Mental Maths Flip Books.

These eBooks will be available from September 2010, but you can download a FREE preview from the link table below. You may install these samples on as many computers you like and even distribute it to your parents and other schools. There are no activation requirements  for these sample pre-view downloads.

To download simply follow the following instructions.

To download:

1. Select the Grade you wish to download from the table below. (To make it easier to download - each grade must be downloaded separately - files vary from 2MB to about 6MB)

2. Save the file anywhere on your computer.
 

3. When download is complete - click on run.
 

4. Depending on your security settings you might get a security warning. Click on run.

5. This will start the Mental Maths Learner eBook Sample install. Follow the onscreen instructions.

6. Once installation is completed click on Exit.

7. The following icon will be placed on your desktop.
Double click on the icon to start the Mental Maths Learner eBook.

8. The main menu will open from where you can select the exercise (card).

9. You need Flash Player to run the interactive activities.
If it is not installed on your computer, go to Help to install this Free player.
